In an effort to implement my One Little Word by saying YES to health, I have picked up a new fitness routine, and, therefore, will be utilizing the Fitness Extension Pack to help track my progress throughout the new program.

Here are some of the things I will be tracking for fitness:
- Tracking daily workouts/rest days
- Tracking weekly goals
- Tracking my fitness program details
- Tracking how I am feeling after my workouts throughout the week
- Snack / Dinner planning
- Weight and Measurement Tracking
Tracking Fitness
In the Fitness pack, there are two main sections: a meal planning section and an exercise tracking section. However, in my Fitness Extension Pack, I will be swapping these two main areas.
Rather than tracking meals in the top section, I will be tracking my workout plans and how I am feeling in this area. I will be using the top two rows of boxes to plan out my actual workout routine, and using the bottom boxes to write/journal how I am feeling throughout the week.
Tracking Snacks & Dinners
I will be tracking my dinner planning and snack planning in the bottom section rather than tracking exercise here. I will also keep track of when my cheat day will be and also when I need to meal prep.
Why I Tweaked the Original Layout
I love switching the layout up a bit because it allows me to focus more on my exercise routine, and do a little bit of meal planning on the bottom. I also plan to keep the hydration tracker at the bottom because hydration is key when your are working out!
Weekly Sidebar
The top section of the weekly sidebar will be used to write down my weekly goals, and where the ‘Notes’ section is, this is where I will be tracking the details of my exercise program (Pre-Training vs. Training and which week am I on). I will simply use a sticker to cover up the Notes section to make room for my exercise program details.
