It’s that time of year! Time to set up my Classic Happy Planner for the new year, and for 2018, I am changing things up! I will be combining multiple planners into one single planner.
Here’s how:
Planning Pages
In my Classic Happy Planner, I keep the first four months of the year, and I plan to swap out months as we progress through the year. In these pages, I will use these for planning family events, schedules, etc. This will be the go-to planner that my family will know to refer for what is coming up in the week.
Home Section
Behind my planning pages, I will keep a Home section. Within this section, I will keep my Budget Planner where I will keep track of Bill Pay amounts and expense tracking. The budget planner will also be used for major savings goals. Mr. Wishful and I will revisit the budget on a monthly basis. Also within the Home section, I will keep a Meal Plan section. This is where I will keep meal planning half-sheets, recipes for the week, grocery lists, etc. This should help with staying on top of cooking throughout the week.
Goals Section
After my Home section, I will be keeping a Goals section. In this section, my fitness planner and wellness planner will live. I will use the fitness extension pack from The Happy Planner to track exercise, steps, and protein intake. I will be using the wellness extension planner to keep track of wellness activities, self-care planner time, tracking my One Little Word work, etc. I am really excited and hopeful that this section will help round out my goals for 2018!
Social Section
After the Goals section,I will have a Social section where I will be focusing on social media tracking and planning. Behind this section, I will keep two dividers for each of my social accounts (Living Past Tomorrow – my family’s travel account and A Wishful Plan). I will be using the hourly format from the Trendsetter planner for Living Past Tomorrow social media tracking and planning. For A Wishful Plan, I will be using the classic size daily pages to track video ideas and posting schedules.
Notes Section
The final section within my Classic Happy Planner is a notes section. Within this section, I keep various lined, graph, and to-do filler paper. I like using these for general notes, brain dumps, to-dos, etc.
